So I just made a yummy dinner and I thought I would share it like my sister does! I don't have any pictures like she usually includes because I didn't know it was going to be so yummers!
I made some pesto (I am sure you know how to make it...or buy it!) And cooked up some pasta.
-I browned some chicken breasts in a pan with olive oil with a little fresh cracked pepper and salt.
-When I flipped the chicken I put a sprig of fresh rosemary under each piece.
-I added about 1/4 of a large sweet white onion (diced) till they get all clear.
-Then I added about 1/4 cup of balsamic vinegar.
-When the chicken has about 5 minutes left add in a couple cloves of garlic...I sliced it.
The balsamic will cook down and get really gooey and yummy! Take out the rosemary sprigs.
I put the pasta down, poured on the pesto, then put the sliced chicken breast on top. I took the onion/garlic/balsamic and pour it over the chicken.
Then eat it and discuss what a culinary genus I am.
